ANDY CONARD.

Mr. Andy Conard was born in North Carolina March 16, 1835. At his death he was 77 years, 11 months and 20 days old.

Mr. Conard came to this state in February, 1876, and has lived here ever since. He died March 6 at 6:15 in the morning, at his daughter's home near Uniontown, Kas. His illness was of very short duration, old age being the cause of his death. The deceased leaves one sister and three brothers—Mrs. Nancy Smith of Fort Scott,  Jake Conard of Holden, Mo., John Conard of Hutchinson, Kas., and Henry Conard of Oklahoma. His brother Henry is not able to be present. He also leaves three daughters and three sons—Mrs. Mary Albright of Fort Scott, Mrs. Sally Barrett of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Ella Reeler of near Uniontown. His sons are, Eugene Conard, Ed Conard and Thomas Conard, all of whom reside in Fort Scott. There are 18 granchildren living, and six great-grandchildren.

The funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, at Boulevard Chapel, conducted by Rev. Tolliver of the First Baptist church. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery, beside his wife.
