Thomas J. Angell, who lived south and west of Wellsville a number of years ago, died at his home in Ottawa Sunday morning. The body was brought to Wellsville Monday afternoon, and the funeral services were conducted here by Rev. J. C. Wilson. Interment was in the Wellsville cemetery, beside the body of his wife, who died in September 1903. Mr. Angell was a veteran of the Civil War, having served in the Southern army, in Co. A, of the Thirty-seventh Virginia Infantry.
