Andy McClure cut his foot seriously with an ax, last Saturday
morning. An important artery was severed and so much blood was lost
before the flow could be stopped that he became very weak, fainting
at one time. The new wound is exactly where he received a wound from
a rifle ball during the Civil war. Mr. McClure has surely moved into
an unfortunate row, as this is the fourth serious accident that has
happened, recently, in as many consecutive houses.
